Media release from The Yeats Sisters Commemoration Project:

A project has commenced that aims to revive and expand public knowledge and understanding of the prodigious achievements of Susan and Elizabeth Yeats. 

 A principal objective is to promote public appreciation of the sisters’ pioneering ideals and their relevance to modern Ireland, to encourage a new generation of discovery and research. An aim is also to re-connect the sisters with Churchtown and Dundrum, in County Dublin, the place that facilitated and nurtured their most creative period; the place they saw as home and which is their final resting place.
